What is the cancellation policy?

• 100% refund is available if a client’s order is cancelled within 3 days after booking. After 3 days only a 100% company credit will be given 30 days to rebook or transfer booking within the specified timeframe.

Are pets allowed to sleep in teepees and tents?

• As much as we love pets, please do not allow animals inside of teepee or tents.

Is there an age restriction?

• No, however, we ask that only children 3 and older sleep on the air mattresses.

What areas do you service and are there any travels fees?

• Westbank and surrounding areas. Party locations within 20 mi radius of Westbank is $0 additional charge.
• Party locations outside of the 20 mi radius of the Westbank is a $100 additional fee.

How soon do I need to book an appointment?

• Please book your event at least 14 days prior to your event date. A rush charge is applied if a party is booked within 7 days of the event.
